Illegal goods or services; weapons, ammunition and explosives; drugs, medicines and related paraphernalia; live animals; human remains or body parts; stolen property; counterfeit or infringing goods; hazardous materials; tobacco and alcohol where prohibited; adult sexual content; recalled items; anything whose sale is restricted under Maltese or EU law.
Businesses
Bidla is for peer-to-peer sales. Traders operating as a business must identify themselves; we may apply trader obligations where appropriate.
Reporting
Anyone can report a listing. We operate a notice-and-action process and remove infringing content (DSA).
