Controller

Bidla is the data controller for personal data processed on the platform. Contact details will be published here before launch.

What we process and why

Account data (email) to operate your account; listing and bid data to run auctions; payment metadata via Stripe to settle sales; trust ratings to build reputation. Processing is backed by our Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).

Processors

We use Stripe (payments and KYC), our hosting provider, and email/push delivery vendors under data-processing agreements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing of your data. Identity and age verification is handled via Stripe KYC.
